The ideal candidate will identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop marketing strategies, gather critical client data and drive the contract process. The Account Development Manager is an entry-level contract position with the opportunity to advance into a senior-level business development role. Candidates demonstrating top-notch business/sales acumen may also be considered for future management roles.

Responsibilities:

· Calling on local small & medium businesses to sell our turn-key Pay Per Transaction solution

· Achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals

· Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market

· Maintaining and fostering existing client relationships

· Making actionable and insightful recommendations to management based on merchant feedback

Requirements:

· 2+ years of outside sales experience

· Bachelors degree preferred but not required

· Outstanding written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or with minimum supervision

· Great instincts with the ability to quickly adapt to challenging situations

· Superior business and negotiation skills

· Professional in appearance

· Ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex information

· Reliable transportation and can work a pre-set schedule
