SmartTalent is proud to be partnered with a Respected Western Washington Company who is currently seeking Inside Sales Reps.
This is a long term opportunity for the right individual. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. The ideal individual will have a strong customer service background and flexibility is an absolute MUST!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Face to Face sales at selected Quick Lube & Automotive Centers throughout Western Washington
- Interact with customers who are there for oil servicing and offer them auto glass repair and replacement services
- Simple chip repair is part of the job description (You will NOT replace glass)
- Wash and inspect windshields
- Work at DIFFERENT locations regularly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful individuals will be friendly, personable and able to approach and speak to potential customers with ease
- Flexibility is a MUST as you MUST be able to work at different Quick Lube & Automotive Centers regularly
- Reliable and Responsible
- MUST provide own uniform of dockers style pants and shoes
This is an hourly position starting at $10.50/hr WITH COMMISSION. After 30-45 days, you will receive a base pay increase to $11/hr. On average, reps earn $16/hr with successful reps earning up to $24/hr.
Hours are 9am – 6pm with a flexible lunch of 30/60 minutes. This is a Monday through Friday positions with SOME Saturdays required.
MUST be able to pass Criminal Background check.
