I have a room to rent out in my 2 bedroom apartment. I have lived here for years. It's in a quiet and clean 4 unit building in a nice neighborhood. There is a fireplace, washer & dryer and cable tv (large tv in living room). It's close to shopping, banking, post office, police, busline etc.. Rent is $425 and half the utilities which includes cable. A $30 credit check. Credit check ISN'T to make sure you have perfect credit. I have been left holding the bag before that's all.
