Holland Lop - Small - Young - Male - Rabbit - Douglas
Description
Douglas was born in a foster home on 9/25/07 and is one year old. He has gorgeous markings and brown eyes! Douglas has crooked teeth that need to be removed. We are hoping to have his surgery in December or January, as soon as the funds are raised. He is currently paired up with "Angel" the bunny and would LOVE to be with her or another female rabbit. Douglas weighs about three pounds and is healthy and neutered. Douglas would be happiest with a female companion but may do okay with another friendly small animal (cat, guinea pig). He is easy to handle and likes people he knows. He is shy with strangers and would not be happy with small children. He does not bite but he doesn't enjoy them. Nice dogs are okay too. Douhlas is looking for an INDOOR home. We do not place rabbits in outdoor homes and a home delivery is required. The lifespan of a little guy is 8-12 years old and outdoor rabbits have MUCH SHORTER life spans due to neglect, extreme temperatures, dogs and wild animals.
