Lizard - Large - Adult - Male - Reptile - Gadao
Description
Gadao is a 5 yr old male Mangrove monitor. He is relatively friendly, as monitors go, and would make a great display pet with some light handling. While he is still relatively small (about 3ft from nose to tail) he can grow up to another foot in length with proper care. Gadao will need a large cage, at least 4x2x2 to feel comfortable. Mangrove monitors are also very active in the water so a large water bowl/pan is a necessity. He will also require UV light to assure optimum health. Preference for placement will be given to those with previous monitor experience, however do inquire if you are interested as a good home is the most important requirement! Currently, he is eating frozen/thawed mice, ground turkey, eggs and fish on a rotating schedule.
