I closed my music store in Stanwood, however I have an abundance of quality band and orchestra instruments for both beginning students and "step up" students left.
I made it a practice to not buy junk instruments. Prices range from about $150 and up, with a substantial discount, now that I no longer have the store. Many are also brand new, still with protective plastic to prevent fingerprints. Brands include, Vito, LeBlanc, Getzen, Holton among the new instruments. Used instruments include all those brands, plus Artley, Gemeinhardt, Jupiter, Emerson and others.
Every instrument, even the new ones, have been adjusted as needed; all used instruments were repaired and any corks, pads, strings, etc, were replaced before I closed the store. I cannot rent out instruments or take trade-ins as I did before. Once your student musician knows he wants to stay with music, it's time to purchase, rather than rent.
Please email me with your needs; I'll find something that fits and probably be able to show you several. When you come to try them, please bring your own mouthpiece for clarinet or sax with a good reed. I have flutes, piccolos, clarinets, alto and tenor saxes, trumpets, trombones, snare kits, violins (4/4,3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/10), a 3/4 cello, a straight soprano sax, both classical and steel string acoustic guitars, banjos, a mandolin. Later, I will list the few professional and semi-pro instruments that I have individually.
