Please help. I am a single mother of a lovely 5 year old daughter and need to get away from my manipulative, drug addict spouse who during the time we were living together, stole constantly from me and my family and put me in a substantial amount of debt. We have been residentially separated since April 2008. I had given him this time to get clean, work on himself, and to no avail, things have simply gotten worse.

We are currently facing the following:

- A 1-year protection order i have for my daughter (age 5) and I from my spouse/her father
- I have a court date on 9/25 to request to modify a visitation portion of the 1 year protection order which was entered on 9/16
- A temporary harassment order which was just served on me with a court date of 10/2 at 1pm and the Snoho County Courthouse
- And of course a dissolution. We have no assets to divide, just a substantial amount of debt and of course custody of our daughter which I am fighting for.

My spouse has a criminal record including 3 theft charges and multiple driving offenses beyond speeding tickets, with his most recent theft charge in April 2009. He has been in and out of multiple drug rehabilitation programs since 2005 and was dropped from Drug court in February 2009.

Our daughter has been residing with me full time since we residentially separated in April 2008 and I have been providing for her financially. He has been in and out of work release twice already in 2009. I have had steady employment in management, recruiting and sales and he has had sketcky retail employment history.

Please let me know what expertise you have to offer in this case and if this is something you would be willing and able to take on. My goal is to have the dissolution filed this week and legal representation in court on 9/25 and on 10/2.
