These Shakes come 10 meals in a box for $30 THAT'S JUST $3 A MEAL! You feel satisfied for 3-4 hours! Great BREAKFAST FOR THE KIDS TOO in the mg. Just throw a banana or some fruit into blender and whip it up with ice and they'll love you for it and they'll do much better in school because of it because of the protein and good nutrients it has in it.
