We are currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter that will attract high quality talent through innovative recruiting strategies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle including partnering with various levels of management to gain a full understanding of business requirements in order
to source, screen and assess top quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Heavy emphasis on candidate generation and sourcing: broad knowledge of the local external markets, industry, as well as competitive landscape and trends.
• Seek innovative ways to source for candidates via non-traditional avenues.
• Responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting of key metrics around sourcing talent.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 4 years high volume recruiting experience at the professional and management levels. Ideal candidate will have both agency and corporate in-house recruitment experience; a Technology recruiting background is required, and marketing agency experience is a strong plus.
• A strategic thinker, with proven experience creating cost effective strategies to recruit high-level talent.
• Self-starter with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and at times, tight time constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating and maintaining recruiting metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of web based recruitment strategies and strong MS Word and Excel skills.
