08/09-Ducati is the best of both worlds--a 7 year old mature girl that is about as bomb proof as they come combined with a high energy puppy that loves to chase her ball. Ducati loves to go for car rides, walk, tug and romp around with her people. She has wonderful leash manners, is completely house trained, has a pit bull smile no one can resist and thinks everyone she meets is her new best friend. Ducati loves people and especially children. With everyone she meets she act as if they are her long lost best friend and you can see her face light up whenever a child comes near. Ducati spent most of her life with the same family that included kids and other dogs. Unfortunately because of an unstable housing situation they were forced to turn her into the shelter. She was a model citizen during her long stay there, and the shelter manager cried when she left for her foster home. Ducati would make the ultimate family dog. Ducati is so dog social and balanced that the shelter used her when temperament testing incoming dogs. She's currently being fostered with multiple dogs and getting along splendidly. She's house broken, crate trained, knows basic obedience skills. So if you have room in your home and heart for a stylish speedster, please keep la bellissima signora Ducati in mind. Ciao! There is a $150 adoption fee which covers a microchip, vaccines including rabies, spay/neuter, and health check.
