This is a Compaq Presario PC with Windows 95.

Has a CD-Rom player and floppy disk port. Does not have slots for USB devices.

Pentium chip. 40.0 MB RAM. File system: 32 bit. Virtual Memory: 32 bit.

KDS Monitor (not flat screen) with stand, keyboard, mouse.

All startup / recovery disks, paperwork, instruction manuals, and software Certificate of Authenticity with Product I.D. included.

Programs include Microsoft Word 97 (also Word for Windows 2.0), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Binder, Macromedia FreeHand 7, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, Instant Messenger, Media Pilot (Address Book, CD sound system, Fax center, MIDI player, phone center, WAV player), Photoshop 4.0, Acrobat Reader 5.0, Pagemaker 6.0, RealPlayer G2, Microsoft Smart Download, Microsoft Reference, WinZip, McAfee Office 2000 (anti-virus program).

I have gotten years of good use out of this system and have never had any problems with it. I am selling it only because a friend gave me a newer computer. This would be an ideal system for a child, a beginner to computers, or for anyone on a budget (who isn’t?) that would like a solid, basic computer system for a bargain price. The system could easily be upgraded by adding memory, software, etc.
