Each room is available for 6 hour periods. 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm. Sunday through Sunday. Each 6 hour period is rented by the month for $40 per day. All day 8am-8pm is also available and is discounted to $75 per day. Additional discounts are available for multiple days or full week.

You are welcome to choose as many shifts as you would like per week based on room availability. Each shift day will remain your consistent obligation throughout the month for a contracted period of 6 months. After the initial 6 month period, you have the option to renew your lease for 6 or 12 months. Rental payment will be due on the 1st of each month.

The 10x12 foot treatment rooms include:
Massage table or hi-lo table
Hydrocollator /Ice packs
Free Wi-Fi access
Chairs/ stools
Use of the larger studio space during your designated shift, based on availability.
Foyer/ waiting room for clients
Free parking- street parking, in our lot and after 5pm and weekends open parking at Blackstock
Bathroom, showers, change rooms, filtered water
All utilities: heat, water, garbage, etc.

Complimentary Pilates classes for therapists based on availability.

Our goal is to provide you with the basics you need to run your treatment business inside the clinic room. If you need other supplies, you will need to provide those including additional storage shelves, oils, lotions and sheets. However, Bria currently uses a laundering service that can be arranged for therapists at an additional rate. Bria will send callers and interested clients to you, but ultimately renting therapists will have full responsibility to maintain the marketing and administrative needs of your clientele. Please expect the interaction between Bria reception staff and your clients to be minimal and may include welcoming them at the door and requiring them to fill out a first time liability waiver for our files.
