Get your hands on this stunning, one-of-a-kind, hand carved masterpiece. This magnificent piece has been carved out of one rare solid burl slab (45 x 28 inches) of yellow cedar section which had been seasoned for decades. The artist, Luke M., apprenticed with the First Nations Longhouse at the Royal British Columbia Museum in Victoria, BC, Canada. Luke M. emerged from a long established native carving community on Vancouver Island. This piece was carved in 1999 and has lived in one non-smoking, air purified home.
