Experienced real estate agent/loan originator seeks an experienced, licensed real estate agent to be his full time assistant. I will pay you hourly, plus bonuses DOE. Depending on your skills and abilities you can earn up to $ 5,000 plus per month or more. I am a full time real estate agent and loan originator. I list and sell real estate and I originate and fund mortgages for purchases and refinances. I need an assistant to help me handle the amount of business that I have. The applicant needs to be actively working or recently working the Kitsap real estate market and KNOW Kitsap County and the Kitsap County real estate market and live within Kitsap County. Being a licensed loan originator is preferred, but not necessary. I will train you in the mortgage business, if you are not already a loan originator, you will need to become a licensed loan originator with the State Department of Financial Institutions. The applicant needs to have flexible work hours and be willing to work evenings and weekends, when necessary, minimum of forty hours per week. The applicant needs to be very organized, detailed, computer literate, with the skills to work with others and be able to easily multi-task. I am looking for a "go getter assistant." The applicant must be positive, self motivated, and able to see what needs to be done on their own and take care of things that need to be accomplished. I specialize in distressed properties, foreclosures, and first time home buyers. I also list, sell, finance and refinance for repeat clients.
